Holiday Shipping Dates
Non-personalized orders are orders that don't include engraving or any sort of personalization to each item (available in select countries). We have a separate FAQ for personalized order-by dates.
Please refer to the sections below to ensure adequate time for your orders to make their way to your loved ones in their respective countries. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible in case of shipping or courier delays that are out of our control.

The following order-by dates are for personalized orders only. Note: personalized engraving is only available to select countries at the moment.
Personalized orders will require additional time in the workshop as our elves are customizing your order before it will be repackaged and shipped off to your loved ones.

Yes, for certain regions we do offer expedited shipping! If it is applicable, it will appear as an option during checkout.
We would be happy to accept returns of any unused LARQ product* (excluding charging cables and personalized LARQ Bottles) in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Complimentary returns are available in the United States and Canada. Please reach out to hello@livelarq.com and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the return process.
Limited Edition/Gift Sets: You can return any LARQ Bottle as long as it fits our Return Policy. Please note, if the set is not returned in full, the promotional discount will no longer be applicable. For questions regarding returns on Limited Edition Sets/Gift Sets, reach out to hello@livelarq.com.
*If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund. LARQ will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
We are pleased to be offering an extended return window to give you peace of mind when shopping for your loved ones! Holiday orders purchased between Nov 1 - December 31, 2023 can be returned unused and in their original packaging until February 1, 2024.

We are unable to exchange any LARQ Bottles purchased with a Limited Edition Set for another size, color, or style. Limited Edition Sets are only available in the color and size combinations offered upon purchase. If you think you are experiencing issues with your bottle, please register your bottle here to submit a warranty claim.
If the LARQ product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for an exchange. LARQ will not be responsible for shipping any product deemed ineligible for an exchange back to the customer.
For deliveries in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or the European Union, orders will take between 5-7 business days to arrive.
For deliveries in any other country, orders will take between 7-14 business days to arrive.
Due to global shipping issues, please allow 5-7 additional business days for processing.
